Spring time in New York...and Boston

We had a nice visit to the Big Apple a couple weeks ago. Skye took in the bright lights, the busy streets and the flowers in the park. After we got back to Boston we took a nice stroll through the cherry blossoms in the Arboretum. Here are the pics!

Skye and Mom joined Dad down in New York for the opening of his big Sawdust Mountain photography exhibiton. We had a lot of fun (actually still here right now waiting for the train back to Boston). Here are just a few quick iPhone pics.

Lions, Turtles and Easter Bunnies!

It's been a month since Skye turned 1 year old and in that time we've been having some fun! The weather has been both good and bad, but we've made the most of it. When it rained we went indoors to the New England Aquarium to make friends with penguins and turtles. When the sun came out we went to the zoo to meet zebras, gorillas, and lions. Throw in a friend's birthday party, some playtime at the tot lot and an Easter egg hunt and Skye is seriously living the good life. Here are some pics from the last month.

Party Time!

Skye got a whole weekend for his birthday celebration. Saturday was quiet family time, but Sunday was party time! We invited some of our bestest friends from around Boston to come on over and toast the little man's first birthday with champagne and cupcakes. We had a great time with everyone and Skye was in a great mood, considering he got to eat cupcakes!

The Big Birthday Weekend!

The little big man turned 1 this Saturday and to celebrate we got out to enjoy the sunshine at Crane Beach. Skye and Coya had a blast and we finished the day off with fish n chips and milk shakes. Here are some pics from the day. Pics from the big birthday bash on Sunday to follow shortly...
